room addition-WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP

The owners loved the home they had just purchased, but wanted a sunroom. We were able to obtain a variance to add on to the rear and side with a nice size room that opened up to a new patio. The layout also allowed for a convenient outside storage room. We included a large transom window on the south side to bring in plenty of light without sacrificing privacy. The addition connected very well with the home, and with the landscape beds, looked like it was always part of the original home.
